Art vs Science set to blow our minds

It’s already orgasmic that the Chemical Brothers are about to hit our shores for a March 2011 tour. Now they’ve announced that the trippy-terrific Art vs Science will be their support act, to form what seems like a match made in heaven.

The Sydney three-piece will deliver a host of dancefloor fillers while they embark on what can only be expressed as a series of evenings with epic potential. The tour kicks of at Brisbane’s Riverstage on Friday March 4th, and then on Wednesday March 9th, heads down to Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena, and concludes on Thursday March 10th at the Sydney Entertainment Centre.

Art vs Science, pictured above looking very chemical indeed, gained international recognition with their mad single ‘Parlez Vous Francais?’ and the trio’s trajectory has seen them come in at number 2 on Triple J’s Hottest 100, and picking up three ARIA Award nominations (for Best Dance, Best Video, Best Independent Release). ‘Finally See Our Way’ is their new single available on iTunes.

Tickets to the Art vs Science / Chemical Brothers gig are available (Sydney and Brisbane) and Art vs Science also play Field Day at the Royal Botanic Gardens, January 1st, 2011.
