More magic at The Maj

His Majesty’s Theatre in Perth this year celebrates the 10th anniversary of its ‘Cabaret And Comedy Carnivale’ and the lineup is worthy of a massive drum roll. Already taken to the stage have been the musical luminary likes of Caroline O’Connor, Rhonda Burchmore, Chita Rivera and Paul Capsis.

This fortnight, catch the hilarious trio of Mark Jones, Mike McLeish and Karlis Zaid in their “Devil’s own cabaret” dubbed ‘The Beautiful Losers’ (July 6, 7, 8 and 9), and comedy duo Aamar Rahman and Nazeem Hussain’s take on the delicate topics of Islam and “growing up brown in white Australia” in ‘Fear Of A Brown Planet’ (July 13, 14, 15 and 16).
